An easy and tasty air fryer recipe that you can come to time and time again, this air fryer egg rolls recipe gets lunch, dinner, or a quick snack on the table in less than half an hour with little to no fuss. 

 

You won't compromise on flavor by using the air fryer, either, as the tasty baseline stays the same whether you're frying egg rolls or not: Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce. It adds a sweetness and umami flavor to the egg rolls that seasons it from the inside out, plus you can add extra on the side for dipping to amp up the flavor even more. We also recommend adding a little bit of Chiu Chow Style Chili Crisp Oil for a savory punch of heat that balances beautifully with the hoisin. Make an extra batch of these, as they'll be gone before you know it!

How to make it

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cabbage, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, and Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Mix in shredded chicken and Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce, then remove from heat.
  2. Place 2 Tbsp of filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Fold in the sides, roll tightly, and seal with beaten egg.
  3. Lightly spray the egg rolls with cooking spray and place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 375° Fahrenheit (190° Celsius) for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  4. Drizzle with Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chili Crisp Oil and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve hot with extra Hoisin Sauce for dipping.
