Stir sauce from Lee Kum Kee Abalone in Premium Oyster Sauce and Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Rice Vinegar into cooked rice until mixed thoroughly, and set aside.
Take one half sheet of nori, place one green lettuce leaf on it, then layer one quarter of the ham, shredded carrots, shredded cucumber and seasoned cooked rice on top.
Place two pieces of the Lee Kum Kee Abalone in Premium Oyster Sauce on top, and roll the sheet into a trumpet-shaped hand roll.
