How to make it

  1. In a large pan, add the vegetable oil and heat for 1 minute over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the shrimp, green peas, carrots, and Lee Kum Kee Deluxe Abalone in Abalone Sauce. Stir and cook for 5 minutes. 
  3. Drizzle the beaten egg into the mixture. Cook and reduce the sauce for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Pour the mixture over a bed of rice. Enjoy!
