Prepared from selected conpoy(dried scallop), and dried shrimp, this concentrated soup base is in full body of seafood essence and is an ideal soup base for hot pot, congee and noodles.

Ingredients:

Water, salt, dried shrimp, soybean oil, salted chili pepper, dried scallop, white sugar, monosodium glutamate, disodium 5'-inosinate and disodium 5'-guanylate as flavor enhancers, modified corn starch, yeast extract, shallot, xanthan gum, dehydrated garlic.
