Made from high quality soybeans. Lee Kum Kee Seasoning Soy Sauce is naturally fermented which results in a rich soy flavor and aroma. This is an ideal sauce for marinating, dipping or stir-frying which enhances the taste and appearance of all kinds of dishes.
Soy sauce (water, soybeans, salt, wheat flour), sugar, high fructose corn syrup, water, monosodium glutamate and disodium 5’-inosinate and disodium 5’-guanylate as flavor enhancers, caramel color, yeast extract (yeast extract, water, salt), salt, potassium sorbate added as a preservative.
