How to make it

  1. Mix Sauce (1) well. Set aside.
  2. Dice tuna.
  3. Dice avocado.
  4. In one container, add shrimp, tuna, cucumber, onion, carrot, fried shallot, green onion, and cilantro. Add Sauce (1), mix well, and set aside.
  5. Place rice at bottom of another bowl and add mixture from Step 4 over rice. Next, top with avocado, wakame seaweed salad, imitation crab, and masago.
  6. Drizzle Sauce (2) Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo over all. Ready to serve.
