How to make it
Mix all seasoning well, set aside.
In one container, add shrimp, tuna, cucumber, onion, carrot, fried shallot, green onion, and cilantro. Add seasoning mix, mix well and set aside.
Place rice at bottom of another bowl and add mixture from Step 4 over rice. Next, top with avocado, wakame seaweed salad, imitation crab, and masago.
Drizzle Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo over all. Ready to serve.
