How to make it

  1. Rinse chicken wings and pat dry. Marinate for 2 hours. Mix Seasoning Sauce and set aside.
  2. Mix flour, cornstarch, water, baking powder, and add to chicken wings. 
  3. Stir well to coat. Deep-fry wings until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside to drain off oil.
  4. Combine wings with Seasoning Sauce. Ready to serve.
