Marinate chicken in 2 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Concentrated Chicken Bouillon. Cook spaghetti thoroughly, rinse with cold water, drain, and set aside.
Add 1 Tbsp. cooking oil to a heated pan, dust chicken with flour, pan-fry till golden brown. Add another 1 Tbsp. cooking oil, then add basil, chicken, broccoli and red bell pepper, stir-fry till fragrant. Add water and bring to a boil, add black pepper, add remaining 2 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Concentrated Chicken Bouillon, and add butter. Stir to mix well.
Add spaghetti and pan-fry till sauce thickens. Ready to serve.
