Follow the instruction on the package of pancake mix to create a pancake batter and make some pancakes (heart shapes if desired).
Arrange all items on a large wooden board or serving platter, leaving room for 4 dipping sauces.
In 4 separate bowls: mix the cream cheese and Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce together. Mix the hummus and Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic together. And finally, mix maple syrup and Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Style Chili Crisp Oil together. Place Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo in a fourth bowl and place it on the brunch board.
