How to make it
In a bowl, place the chicken breasts along with Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sweet and Spicy Grilling and Dipping Sauce. Let them marinate for 2 hours in the fridge before grilling.
Heat the grill and then place the marinated chicken down. Cook for 10 minutes on each side until cooked through and nicely charred. Take out and let cool.
Prepare the sandwiches by spreading mayo on the bun, then place down the grilled chicken breast and top with coleslaw. Do this for both sandwiches.
