Rub Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil on chicken drumsticks. Top with a pinch of black pepper and let marinade for about 20 minutes.
Rinse rice 3 times and place in the rice cooker. Add chicken stock to the 2-cup line on your rice cooker then add ginger and Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic. Arrange the chicken drumsticks over the rice. Turn on the rice cooker and let it cook.
When the rice cooker shuts off, remove the lid and let it sit for about 10 more minutes. Remove the chicken from the rice cooker.
Fluff the rice with a fork and mix in Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce.
Serve rice with chicken and garnish with green onion and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
