Add the pouch of Premium Marinade Spices to around 4 cups (32 oz) of water. Bring to a boil, then turn off the heat and cover with a lid for 1 hour.

Add 2 packs of the White Marinade Pack, bring to a rolling boil and carefully submerge the chicken.

Turn the heat down to its lowest setting, and poach for 10 minutes.

Turn the chicken over and poach for another 10 minutes. Rotate the chicken again and poach for another 10 minutes at minimum heat. Slice into bite-sized pieces and enjoy!

Tips: Poach the chicken at the lowest heat setting to ensure the white marinade does not reach too high a temperature. After boiling, turn the hear completely off and wait as the white marinade slightly cools, then continue poaching the chicken at the lowest heat setting.
