Into the bowl of a food processor, add the kimchi, the softened cream cheese, sour cream, Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo Dressing/ Spread (Cage-Free Eggs), Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil and Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic. Blend until smooth. Add in juice from kimchi to thin the dip to your preference.
Transfer kimchi dip to serving bowl and top with the Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Style Chili Crisp Oil. Garnish with green onions and sprinkle with furikake.
Serve with your favorite potato chips, pork rinds or sliced cucumbers. Enjoy!
