Traditional flavors of sweet, savory with a bit of heat for rice cake applications. Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Rice Cake is made from Non-BE ingredients with no added preservatives.


Water, sugar, soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt, corn starch), rice vinegar, salted sake (sake [water, rice, koji (aspergillus oryzae)], salt), dehydrated chili peppers, fermented soybean paste (water, soybeans, rice, sea salt, alcohol), dehydrated garlic, pineapple juice concentrate, contains less than 2% of modified corn starch, salted black bean (black beans, salt), salt, sesame oil, onion powder, yeast extract, spice, soybean oil, and xanthan gum.
