A ready-to-use sauce prepared specially from naturally fermented soybeans. Lee Kum Kee Ground Bean Sauce is full of umami flavor and can be used to add umami to other sauces or as a braising sauce.
Fermented soybean paste (water, soybeans, rice, salt, wheat flour), water, sugar, contains less than 2% of corn starch, soybean oil, salted sake (sake [water, rice, koji (aspergillus oryzae)], salt), sesame oil.
