How to make it

  1. 鱼翅瓜蒸熟取出瓜肉及去籽;撕开以叉取出 10安士 熟瓜肉备用

  2. 瓜肉灼水,用芡汁煨5分钟至入味,沥水备用。

  3. 南瓜蓉加调味料煮滚备用

  4. 把瓜肉摆上碟,淋上南瓜汁,再撒上干桂花摆盘即可。
