How to make it

  1. 先将猪肚洗净,氽沸水后切成小块。黄毛鸡切块氽沸水备用。
  2. 热锅下油,爆香姜片和葱段。加入料酒李锦记猪骨浓汤火锅汤底李锦记极纯芝麻油白胡椒粉浓缩鸡汁和猪肚。慢火煮约一小时。
