How to make it

  1. Heat the Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add in the ground chicken. Break down the chicken into small pieces and cook until brown all over, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper. Mix in the Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, Lee Kum Kee Minced Ginger, red bell pepper, orange bell pepper, and raw cashews. Cook for 2-3 minutes. 
  2. Add in the Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sweet Soy Sauce, fish sauce, and chili paste. Bring the sauce to a boil over medium-high heat and continue to cook for 5-8 minutes until the sauce coats the chicken. Remove the pan from heat and stir in the basil and mint. 
  3. Serve the chicken with rice and garnish with sliced green onions. Enjoy!
