How to make it

  2. Preheat the oven to 400˚F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray it with cooking spray. Set it aside for later.
  3. Add the turkey, garlic, and ginger to a large bowl. Mix until combined. Then mix in the egg, panko, 1 teaspoon of the Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, and 1 tablespoon of the Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce. Portion the mixture into meatballs about 1 ½ -2 inches in size and place them onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake them in the oven for 20 minutes, flipping them over halfway through.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the remaining 3 tablespoons of Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce, and remaining 1 teaspoon of Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil.
  5. Heat a large pan over medium heat. Transfer the meatballs to the pan along with the prepared sauce. Coat and turn the meatballs in the sauce as it begins to bubble and thicken.
  6. Pour the water into the pan to deglaze it and cook for 3-4 minutes. Remove the meatballs from the pan and place them into a serving dish. Pour the sauce on top. Garnish with sliced green onions and white sesame seeds. Enjoy!
