Preheat oven to 400°F.

To a muffin tin add each piece of salami, pressing down slightly to create a cup. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the salami crisps and can hold shape. Once the salami is done, remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack.

In a medium sized bowl combine the feta, olives, tomatoes, capers, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic and olive oil.

Scoop mixture into salami bites, drizzle with Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce, and top with fresh basil. Enjoy!
