In a small mixing bowl, combine sour cream, lime juice, salt, black pepper, cilantro and Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce (hoisin flavored sour cream). Mix well and refrigerate.

In a tray, toss potatoes with olive oil, Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce and Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce.

Place potatoes on grill and cook for 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Serve with hoisin flavored sour cream.
