How to make it

Lightly saut? onion slices. Saut? white mushrooms until cooked through, then set aside. Marinate hamburger patty 10 minutes.
Stir together Seasoning Mix. Pan-fry hamburger patty over low heat. Baste with Seasoning Mix occasionally until the desired doneness. Lightly toast the bun in a pan with butter. Plate and set aside.
Place bottom bun on plate. Top with lettuce, tomato, hamburger patty, onion slices, and white mushrooms. Add Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo. Set top bun in place and serve.
