How to make it
Cut potatoes in 1/2" thick slices. Add the slices to a pot of salted boiling water at medium heat and allow to cook for 10 minutes. The potatoes shouldn’t be cooked through all the way.
Stir together 2 Tbsp. olive oil, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Lemon Pepper Grilling and Dipping Sauce, lemon, garlic, herbs, salt and pepper in a shallow dish.
Drain potatoes and toss them through the lemon pepper oil.
Heat a grill or grill pan over medium high heat. Oil pan with 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil. Transfer the potato slices from the lemon pepper oil to the grill and cook a couple minutes each side until there are grill marks and potatoes are cooked through.
Serve and drizzle with remaining lemon pepper oil, and a side of Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Lemon Pepper Grilling and Dipping Sauce for dipping.
