How to make it

  2. Stir together Lee Kum Kee Lime Cilantro Flavored Hoisin Sauce, 1 Tbsp. oil, and chipotle. Add shrimp and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Line a plate with a clean kitchen towel. Grill tortillas until lightly charred, 1 to 2 minutes per side, then transfer to prepared plate and wrap in the towel to keep warm.
  4. Brush pineapple slices with 1 Tbsp. oil, then grill until lightly charred, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Cool slightly, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Grill shrimp until pink and cooked through, 3 to 5 minutes on each side. 
  6. Stir together mayonnaise, lime zest, and lime juice. Arrange avocado slices on a serving plate and sprinkle lightly with salt. To serve, set out tortillas, pineapple, shrimp, avocado, cilantro, scallion, and lime mayonnaise for a DIY taco bar.
