How to make it
Place all ingredients except honey, in an air-tight zip lock bag. Shake well and place in refrigerator to marinate over night.
Remove ribs from zip lock bag and place on an oven proof dish. Bake for 15 minutes. Brush remaining marinade on ribs and return to oven to roast for another 15 minutes.
Remove ribs from oven and brush on honey. Return to oven for another 2 minutes.
Serve with baked potato and green vegetables.
Note: Spare ribs can be broiled over hot charcoal until golden yellow and done.
