  • 4 oz. button mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz. bell peppers, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz. bean sprouts
  • 3 stalks green onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 pcs. pita bread

Marinade

  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 4 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce

How to make it

  1. Saute turkey strips in oil for 12 minutes.
  2. Add mushrooms, bell peppers, cumin, onion, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce and Chili Garlic Sauce.
  3. Cook mixture for another 3 minutes.
  4. Serve with pita bread.
