How to make it

In a pot, add 2 cups of water and chicken. Bring to boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
Combine Hoisin Sauce, lime juice and Sesame Oil. Season with black pepper (mixture).
Drizzle the mixture over mixed green salad and top with dried cranberries, yellow raisins and poached chicken.
