What You Will Need

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. potatoes (Idaho), peeled and quartered
  • 1 cup milk, warm
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 lb. cabbage, shredded, blanched and drained
  • 12 oz. bacon, sliced, cook until crispy, fat drained
  • 4 stalks green onions, chopped

Seasoning

  • 2 tsp. Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce

How to make it

  1. In a large pot, bring potato and 1 gallon of water to a boil. Cook potato until tender and drain.
  2. Mash potato until smooth and gradually stir in hot milk and warm butter. Mix well.
  3. Fold in rest of ingredients. Serve warm.
