2 lbs. chicken drumsticks 4 oz. Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce 2 oz. dry sherry 1 tsp. grated ginger 1 tsp. sesame oil 1 tsp. sugar Black pepper, to taste
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover and marinate in refigerator for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place chicken on foil, lined baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, or until done.
