For a glossy teriyaki sauce to glaze seafood or meat,
mix Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce with sugar, rice wine, and ginger and reduce
in a saucepan until syrupy. |

Quick & Easy Teriyaki Glaze |
| Ingredients |
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 oz. water
4 oz. Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce
4 Tbsp. granulated sugar
2 oz. mirin
1 tsp. grated ginger

| Method |
In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and water and stir until smooth; set aside.
In a small saucepan, combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil over
medium-high heat.
Slowly stir in cornstarch mixture and cook until sauce has thickened.
