Pan-Roasted Green Beans with Lee Kum Kee Fine Shrimp Sauce

| Ingredients |
1 tsp. Lee Kum Kee Fine Shrimp Sauce
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. water
1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. green beans, trimmed, cut in half
3 cloves garlic, minced

| Method |
In a small bowl, stir together shrimp sauce, soy sauce, sugar, water, pepper
flakes, and cornstarch; set aside. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high
heat. Add beans and cook until tender, 8 to 10 minutes, stir constantly. Add
garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add sauce mixture and cook until sauce is
thickened, about 30 seconds.
