Stir-fried Pork with Lee Kum Kee Fine Shrimp Sauce |
| Ingredients |
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
8 oz. pork, cut into thin strips
1 tsp. Lee Kum Kee Fine Shrimp Sauce
1/2 tsp. minced ginger
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 oz. mushroom, sliced
4 oz. bean sprouts
2 oz. red bell pepper

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add pork and cook until
golden brown. Add shrimp sauce, ginger, and sugar, and cook mixture for 1
minute. Stir in vegetables and cook mixture for 3 to 5 minutes, until
vegetables are tender.
