Love to eat beef and broccoli? All it takes to flavor the fabulous duo is a few
pantry staples: sherry, sugar, Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce,
cornstarch, and water.

Beef and Broccoli |
| Ingredients |
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 oz. water
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
8 oz. top sirlion, cut into strips
8 oz. broccoli florets
2 Tbsp. dry sherry
1 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce
Ground black pepper, to taste

| Method |
In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and water; set aside. In
a medium skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add beef and stir-fry until
halfway done. Add broccoli and stir-fry 2 minutes longer. Stir in sherry,
sugar, oyster flavored sauce and pepper. Bring mixture to a boil. Slowly stir
in cornstarch mixture and cook until sauce has thickened.
