| Ingredients |
3 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 tsp. garlic
8 oz. shiitake mushrooms, stems removed, sliced
8 oz. enoki mushrooms, woody stem ends removed
8 oz. button mushroom
3 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce
2 tsp. sugar
1 oz. water

| Method |
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat cooking oil.
Add garlic and sauté for minute. Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes, stirring
occasionally. Stir in oyster flavored sauce, sugar, and water. Cook mixture
until heated through.
