Braised Pork with Oyster Flavored Sauce |
| Ingredients |
2 lbs. pork butt, cut into 2-inch cubes
4 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce
2 tsp. chili garlic sauce
1 small onion, diced
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
2 cups water
1 bay leaf
4 Tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar
1 Tbsp. brown sugar

| Method |
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to a
boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium and simmer, covered, 30-45
minutes, or until pork is tender. Adjust seasoning, if necessary.
