Beef or Pork Chow Mein with Oyster Flavored Sauce
Ingredients

4-5 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce
1 Tbsp. sesame oil, 1 Tbsp. sugar, 1 oz water, 3 Tbsp. cooking oil, 1 lb. shredded pork or beef
8 oz. bok choy, stalks and leaves separated, stalks cut into 1/4-inch slices and leaves cut into 1/2-inch strips
2 cups bean sprouts, 1 tsp. minced garlic
1 lb. egg noodles, cooked according to package instructions
2 green onion, sliced thinly

Method
In a small bowl, combine Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce, sesame oil, sugar and water. Set aside. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1 Tbsp. cooking oil. Add pork or beef and stir-fry until well browned. Transfer meat to a bowl; cover to keep warm. Add remaining 2 Tbsp. oil to skillet and heat over medium-high heat. Add bok choy stalks and cook until just tender. Add bean sprouts, bok choy leaves and garlic and saute 1 minute longer. Add noodles, cooked meat, and sauce mixture to the skillet, stirring well to distribute ingredients evenly. Cook until beef and noodles are heated through. Garnish with green onion.
