Stir-fried Vegetables with Oyster Flavored Sauce |
| Ingredients |
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
4 oz. shiitake mushroom, stems remove, sliced 1/4 inch thick
4 oz. zucchini, sliced 1/4 inch thick on the bias
4 oz. yellow squash, sliced 1/4 inch thick on the bias
4 oz. red or yellow bell pepper, cut into 1/4 inch thick strips
2 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce
1 tsp. sugar, 1 oz. water
Ground black pepper, to taste

| Method |
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add
vegetable and stir-fry 5 minutes. In a small bowl, combine Lee Kum Kee Premium
Oyster Flavored Sauce, sugar and water. Add mixture to stir-fry and cook,
stirring constantly, until vegetables are glossy and evenly coated with sauce.
Season with black pepper, if desired.
