Oyster Flavored Tofu |
| Ingredients |
2 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. chili garlic sauce
1 oz. water
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 lb. soft tofu, drained and cut into cubes

| Method |
In small bowl, combine Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavored
Sauce, sugar, chili garlic sauce, water and sesame oil. Microware for 1 minute;
set aside. Steam tofu for 15 minutes. Top with chili garlic-flavored oyster
sauce mixture. Cook for another 2 minutes, until heated through.
