B.B.Q. Rib-Eye Steak over Oyster Flavored Sauce |
| Ingredients |
2 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce
1 tsp. sesame oil
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 oz. orange or pineapple juice
Ground black pepper, to taste
2 tsp. ketchup
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 lb. rib-eye steak

| Method |
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except rib-eye
steak. Reserve 2 Tbsp. marinade for basting; set aside. Add beef to bowl of
marinade, cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes, turning meat once in
between. Remove steak from marinade and grill 5 minutes on each side, basting
occasionally with reserved marinade.
