1. Bring heavy cream and corn syrup |

Powdered sugar |

a boil. Pour cream over chocolate,

and stir well to incorporate

spatula). Add in Hoisin Sauce

repeat.

3. Cover bowl and place mixture in
refrigerator
for 10 minutes.

4. Stir batter mixture and transfer to a ready-made pastry bag.
Squeeze
out batter to form small balls on parchment paper
and
let stand for 5 minutes. Sprinkle powdered sugar and serve. |
