seal edges with beaten egg.
4. Dip fry egg roll until golden brown.
3 tablespoons Hoisin Sauce Serve with Hoisin Sauce.

Heavy cream 1. Bring heavy cream and corn syrup

Powdered sugar to a boil. Pour cream over chocolate,

Semi-sweet chocolate let stand for 1 minute.

Corn syrup 2. Stir mixture until smooth. Begin

Butter , soft not melted with small circles in middle then
1 teaspoon Hoisin Sauce move onto an outward stir. Add
butter and stir well to incorporate
(using spatula). Add in Hoisin Sauce
and repeat.
3. Cover bowl and place mixture in
refrigerator for 10 minutes.
4. Stir batter mixture and transfer to a ready-made pastry bag.
Squeeze out batter to form small balls on parchment paper
and let stand for 5 minutes. Sprinkle powdered sugar and serve.
