Ingredients:
4 pounds Chicken wings , cut in half at the wing joint,
wing tip discarded
2 cupsCornstarch
1-1/4 cupsWater
1 pinchSalt and Pepper
2 cupsVegetable oil

Directions:
1. Blot chicken wings dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper. Place 3/4 cup cornstarch in a
shallow bowl. Dredge chicken wings evenly in cornstarch, shaking off excess before transferring to a flat surface.
2. Preheat an oven to 200 degrees and set a wire rack on top of another baking sheet.
3. In a large bowl, whisk remaining cornstarch and 1 1/4 cup water until smooth.
4. Heat oil in a large, heavy saucepan over medium heat to 360 degrees.
5. Coat chicken wings evenly in batter ine piece at a time, allowing excess to drip off, then transfer to hot oil.
Fry in batches until golden brown and crisp, 12 to 14 minutes, turning often. Drain on paper towels, transfer
to rack-lined baking sheet, and keep warm in oven as remaining chicken wings finish frying.
6. Place chicken wings in a large bowl and toss with one of the following sauces until evenly coated.

1 oz.Panda Brand Oyster
Flavored Sauce

2 oz.Honey
2 oz.Water
1 oz.Premium Soy Sauce
2 tsp.Minced garlic
1/4 cupSesame seeds.

Directions: Whisk together
all ingredients until well
combined. Makes about
1 cup of mixing sauce.

4 tsp.Chili Garlic Sauce
3 Tbsp.Minced green onion
3/4 Tbsp.Ketchup
2 Tbsp.Mayonnaise

Directions: Whisk
together all ingredients
until well combined.
Makes about 1 cup
of mixing sauce.

2 oz.Hoisin Sauce
2 oz.Water
1 oz.Premium Soy Sauce
1 tsp.Minced ginger
1 tsp.Minced garlic

Directions: Whisk
together all ingredients
until well combined.
Makes about 1 cup
of mixing sauce.
