Ingredients:

oz. zucchini, cut into
1-inch
cubes

oz. cauliflower
4
oz. broccoli , florets
4
oz. squash, cut into
1-inch
cubes

oz. heavy cream
2
oz. shitake mushrooms,
sliced
1
lb. chicken breast , diced
2
tablespoons flour
1
teaspoon salt
1
teaspoon sugar
1
tablespoon parsley , chopped
3
cups chicken broth
2
tablespoons butter
1
tablespoon Chili Garlic Sauce
Direction:
1.
In medium sauce pan, add in butter and flour.
Stir
constantly and cook for 3 minutes.

Add in chicken, vegetables and salt. Cook for 5 minutes.
3.
Stir in Chili Garlic Sauce, sugar and chicken broth. Bring
to
a boil and then simmer for another 5 minutes.
4.
Add in heavy cream and chopped parsley. Cook mixture
until
heated through.

Ingredients

oz. broccoli , florets

oz. carrots , peeled and
cut
into cubes
8
oz. cauliflower
2
stalks celery , roughly
chopped
4
oz. snow peas,
removed
ends
8
oz. turnips, peeled and
cut
into wedges
1
pinch black pepper,
for
taste
1
teaspoon salt
1
whole onion , chopped
4
pounds roast beef , chuck
4
tablespoons Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce
2
tablespoons Hoisin Sauce
Direction
:
1.
Bring pot of salted water into a boil. Boil vegetables
until
3/4 way done and immediately rinse with cold water.
Drain
and set aside.
2.
Massage roast beef with Panda Oyster Flavored Sauce
and
1 tsp salt.
3.
In a baking dish, layer onion, celery and roast beef. Cover
and
bake roast for 3 hours at 350F degree temperature.
4.
Drain juice from the roast and remove excess fat. Pour
juice
in a small sauce pan and add all Hoisin Sauce and black
pepper
(flavored hoisin au-jus). Cook mixture until heated
through.
5.
Slice roast beef and serve with steamed vegetables and
flavored
hoisin au-jus.
