Ingredients:
3 ounces alfalfa sprouts
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 slices provolone cheese
1 pinch black pepper, for
taste
1 whole tomato, medium,
sliced
2 ounces red onion, sliced
6 ounces roast beef, sliced
deli style
2 pieces french rolls
2 tablespoons Hoisin Sauce

Direction:
1. In a small mixing bowl, combine Hoisin Sauce and
mayonnaise. Mix well. Season with black pepper
and set aside (hoisin flavored mayonnaise).
2. Lightly toast the bread and spread hoisin flavored mayonnaise
on top.
3. Assemble roast beef sandwich with the remaining ingredients

Ingredients:
1 small avocado, seeded
and thinly sliced
2 ounces black olives,
drained and sliced
2 ounces lettuce , iceburg
2 tablespoons mustard,
dijion
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 slices swiss cheese
6 ounces turkey, sliced,
deli style
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon lime juice
1 whole tomato, medium, sliced
2 pieces croissant, pastry bread
1 tablespoon Chili Garlic Sauce

Direction:
1. In a small mixing bowl, combine mustard, Chili Garlic Sauce,
olive oil, sugar and lime juice. Mix well and set aside
(chili garlic flavored mustard).
2. Assemble turkey croissant sandwich with the remaining
ingredients.
3. Serve with chili garlic flavored mustard.
