Direction:

In a small mixing bowl, combine Hoisin Sauce and
mayonnaise.
Mix well. Season with black pepper

set aside (hoisin flavored mayonnaise).

Lightly toast the bread and spread hoisin flavored mayonnaise
on
top.
3.
Assemble roast beef sandwich with the remaining ingredients

Direction:

In a small mixing bowl, combine mustard, Chili Garlic Sauce,
olive
oil, sugar and lime juice. Mix well and set aside
(chili
garlic flavored mustard).

Assemble turkey croissant sandwich with the remaining
ingredients.

Serve with chili garlic flavored mustard.
